Crafting My Unique Learning Journey After Exploring 6 Universities and More Than 10 Courses

I’m almost 29, during my 20’s, I’ve been searching for the correct path to build my dream career. I’ve been working terrible jobs while searching here and there for the right study programme. I’ve spent thousands of euros just to find myself with nothing.

After years of self-doubt, I decided to create my own curriculum and master and study the skills I want to implement in my business, in my career as a Content Creator and coach, and in my life.

This is the reality: we are underpaid, overworked, and taken for granted, and everything is going to be replaced by AI. And AI is also killing the planet because it takes an enormous amount of resources to keep it running. Now, it’s embedded everywhere because who cares about the environmental implications?

So it doesn’t matter whether you’ve done your best or not, you will lose.

Since we are all losers anyway, we might as well have fun in the race, don’t you think?

So let’s do it.

Why

When it comes to building my personal curriculum, I thought a lot about the why: what am I trying to pursue in life? 

I want to learn and combine lots of different shades of knowledge in a library of content that can serve my audience; it doesn’t matter how big it is. 

I crave making videos and sharing value, and I also want to become a good professional who can serve clients because I still want to make money, also, if I want to grow my digital business, since I’m broke af, it’s time for me to learn the dan skills. 

Lucky for me, these useful skills are the ones I am passionate to learn.

What stopped me until now was the fact that I won’t have a high-impact title like a super top degree, but you never know, I may be able to take a degree in the future. For now, let’s do what I can.

And also, why am I learning what I want to learn? 

As a former catholic and Italian woman who doesn’t feel at home here, I feel the need to build my own spiritual path, my traditions, my culture, my rituals, my recipes. It sounds crazy to someone, but I’ve been studying and working without a break, without a purpose, without an identity until now.

Since my struggles have no certifications or proofs, only money spent and no results, I’ve always felt a failure and unworthy, also, undeserving of enjoyment. To me, I was only worthy if I brought results.

But lately, I went back to my true power, and while manifesting, I rediscovered myself, my values, and what I think makes a person worthy: it’s birthright + goodness. 

The care for the planet, others, and ourselves, and the birthright, this is what makes an existence worth recognition. If you consciously do something to take care of others, of yourself, and to never compromise others’ freedom, then you are worthy.

But this is my idea, and I’m basically coming to life now, so I am still building my values and identity.

As someone who mothered and fathered herself, it’s like I am living again, and I am learning about my taste, preferences, values, and interests right now. It happens when you’ve spent your whole life surviving abuses.

Now I am back in school, and I have chosen a blend of subjects that will help me.

The reason why I chose all of these subjects is that I want to master skills that are helpful for my career and life.
