The Law of Assumption is Instant

It only takes time to notice it

When coaches say that Manifestation with the law of Assumption is instant, but it may take you some time to notice, well, it's true.

Sometimes it has to be shown in the 3D, sometimes our mind doesn't realise we are already different, but we aren't conscious of it.

I manifested weight loss, fat loss, a change in my likes and dislikes, but I didn't notice it, and I kept obsessing over the fear of my Binge Eating Disorder.

After months of thinking that weight loss would mean I was free from my disorder, I discovered I wasn't; I was just stacking one goal onto the other, believing I wasn't where I wanted to be, not because I was still living "as if" I still had the disorder, but because I wasn't being perfect.

That's another side of Binge: perfectionism and the all-or-nothing mentality. When I discovered I was fine: in a healthy place mentally, I lost the weight, and now I wasn't overweight anymore, I was in a good range that was allowing me to feel good, I took a pause and thought: "Oh, so I was searching for the feeling of freedom and calmness, not the number".

If you manifest without taking care of the feeling you want your goal to give you, you'll end up like me: with the result but without the understanding.

Now, I don't want you to think that you need to feel something different in order to manifest, no: manifestation is just selecting the reality you want by using whatever technique works for you, for me, robotic affirming for a couple of days is enough, depending on my desire, but I'm just says to do reality checks because probably, you already have manifested your desire but you don't see it because you don't feel as good and relieved as you thought you would.
